Early Years

Pep revealed his promise for the game at a young age - joining Barcelona’s prestigious youth training program - La Masia, aged just 13.

As a Player

Pep joined Barcelona’s senior squad aged 20 and overall, he appeared in 479 matches with the team. Whilst playing for the side, FC Barcelona won 6 La Liga titles, 4 Spain Super Cups, 1 European Cup, 1 UEFA Cup Winners Cup and 2 UEFA Super Cups. Pep was considered one of the most reliable defensive midfielders of his time.

Pep was appointed manager of the Barcelona B side in 2007 and only a season later, he was promoted to manage the senior side. During his time at Barcelona, Pep became the first manager to win 6 titles in one season, with one team. In total, he collected 14 titles.

Pep currently manages Manchester City Football Club and under his incredible leadership,

the team have reached the top of the Premier League. He is considered to be one of the most successful football managers of all time.

FC Bayern Munich

From the Summer of 2013, Pep began managing Bayern Munich. He led the team to win 4 titles in his first season.
